About Spire
Spire is a decision science company that prepares leaders to operate in high‑trust, high‑stakes environments through scenario‑based cognitive training software and performance analytics. Our mission is to provide objective, data-driven tools that transform how institutions identify, develop, and assess emerging leaders, beginning with ROTC programs that use Mentor to train cadets for the decisions they will face as officers.
